A light and moist vanilla flavoured cake which is a regular tea-time favourite.

This classic light sponge cake also makes a superb base for summer fruit desserts and sponge base for trifles.

No artificial colouring or flavourings are used in the making of this product.

Nut-free product – maintaining the bakery as a nut-free environment. 

Shelf life:  Ambient – 7 weeks.

Storage:  Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
