	Rich Chocolate Cake	A dark and rich cake which is incredibly light in texture and strong in taste. Very 'more-ish' and a chocolate lover's delight without the excessive calories since made with fat reduced coco powder. A must for that party occasion or as a warmed dessert with creme freiche or ice cream!

	Yoghurt & Fruit Cake	Yoghurt and Fruit Cake - a real break-through and to our knowledge a first in local production. This cake is made with spelt flour - the oldest known to man - very nutritious and somewhat nutty in flavour, it is high in protein. Although we cannot claim it to be gluten free, it is true to say that those with an allergy to the gluten in wheat flour can enjoy this cake without the same reaction. The use of Yoghurt makes the batter more creamy and the cake has a lovely soft texture yet firm enough to hold a mixture of sultanas and cherries.

	Rich Fruit & Brandy (Nut Free)	Firm in texture, fruity in taste with that extra fullness from real Brandy. Our most recent creation is avaiable in two sizes (0.5kg & 1kg) and is made from our own original recipe. A nut free product thus maintaining the bakery as a nut free environment. Ideal for those who want to ice and decorate themselves. Can make a superb alternative to Christmas pudding when warmed with white sauce or ice cream!
