Our specially developed recipe at Welsh Cottage Cake give these traditional "pice ar y maen" a rich fruity and buttery flavour.

 

A classic combination of juicy sultanas and a blend of Welsh butter, baked and lightly sprinkled with sugar – these are a true Welsh treat.

WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin and Thiamin), Water, Sugar, Butter (MILK), Currants (7%) (Sunflower Oil), EGG Powder, Raising Agents (Diand Polyphosphates, Sodium Carbonate)(WHEAT Flour)), High Ratio Shortening (Vegetable Oil (Palm, Palm Fractions, Rape, Palm Kernel Oil), Emulsifier (Mono andDi-Glycerides of Fatty Acids)), MILK Powder, SOYA Flour, Salt, Preservative Mix (Potassium Sorbate, Calcium Propionate), Maize Starch)), Flavour (Water, Flavouring Preparation, Natural Flavouring Substances, Thickening Agent (Xanthan Gum), Citric Acid, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate)), Colour (Curcumin, Annatto, Bixin, Norbixin).
