The bakery traces its roots in the rural community of West Wales and is truly founded on original recipes and traditional baking methods, typical of 'farmhouse' cooking many years ago.

 
All staff are employed from the locality and
are fully qualified in food hygene.

In April 2007
Welsh Cottage Cakes moved to it's new modern premises in
Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire.


Completley upgraded for food production, the new building is equipped with the very latest machinery.

Welsh Cottage Cakes plays an active role in the local community and is involved in a number of local projects, such as the ' safety watch supporters club', 'The Children's Research Fund' and 'Meals on Wheels' We also sponsor events at local agricultural shows.
